Doug Hetsch
Doug founded All American Chimney Service, LLC, in 2006. Receiving his Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA) certification in 2009, his favorite part about the business is having the opportunity to educate consumers on how to properly use and maintain their chimney and appliances. His main roles within the company include researching new technologies for chimney repairs and services, performing forensic chimney investigations, and implementing on-going education practices for himself as well as the technicians at AAC. Born and raised in Louisville, he has been active in the aviation industry either professionally or as a hobby since 2004. Husband to Frances Hetsch, you can find him exploring trails and natural parks with the company mascot, Jake.

Frances Hetsch
As General Manager of All American Chimney Service, LLC, Frances has overseen the daily operations of the company since 2013. Born and raised in Texas, she is mother to Amanda, Megan, and son-in-law, Bobby. After graduating from the Commonwealth College of Science, Frances was a funeral director and embalmer for seventeen years, in addition to being a flight attendant prior to working in the chimney business. Frances loves the hardworking staff she gets to work with at All American, and enjoys helping the community she has come to call home. Wife to Doug and co-owner of AAC, she enjoys spending her spare time with her grandson, Crew.

Jake
Jake is a 7 year-old, Yellow Labrador Retriever Greyhound mix, and is the mascot at All American Chimney Service, LLC. A rescue dog, he found his home with Doug and Frances. He is playful, loving, and enjoys going on outdoor adventures with Doug, as well as collecting toys from the four corners of the house and piling them around his bed. They look forward to many more adventures with Jake!

Levi Bogue
Levi hails from Maskegon, MI where his father was the owner of Ye Olde Chimney Services. Having grown up in the chimney industry, he received his CSIA certification within the first month of joining All American Chimney Service, LLC in 2014. He is a venting specialist, and enjoys talking to customers about how to get optimal function out of their venting appliances. His favorite part about working at AAC is learning the different stories behind each chimney he sees. He is married to Hannah and is father to their son, Isaiah

Andrew Sims
Andrew started working for All American Chimney Service in May of 2018, receiving his Chimney Safety Institute of America certification in September of the same year. He appreciates working with his sister, Lauren, as well as the welcoming and “homey” atmosphere Doug and Frances have cultivated at AAC. In his leisure time, he enjoys family dinner gatherings, playing with his nephews, and spending time with his girlfriend, Tori. A Louisville local, he attended Atherton High School and his favorite Chick-fil-A sandwich is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, minus the pickles, with garlic and herb ranch.

Josh Hummel
Having a desire to work in the trade industry as his father and brother did before him, Josh Hummel started working with All American Chimney Service, LLC in April 2018. His favorite things about working at AAC are getting to work outside and building relationships with the customers while helping to solve their problems. Hailing from Central Florida, in his free time Josh enjoys playing soccer with his daughter Layla, restoring classic cars, as well as musicals and theater.

Noah Pursell
Originally from Sunrise, FL, Noah started working for All American Chimney Services, LLC in 2020. He and his wife, Jazmina, moved to Louisville, KY so that he could study at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He enjoys working at All American because it allows him to work with his hands while learning new skills. Being passionate about music, Noah plays guitar, bass, banjo, and the mandolin.
