Important Appointment Tips To Remember
Spring and summer are the best times for non-emergency chimney repair and preventive maintenance.
Starting in October – January, The All American Chimney Service, LLC appointment calendar is usually booked up. Just know that when you call, the next available appointment might be a week or more away. Making an “off-peak” appointment is always your best option.
Before Your Appointment
24 hours before your appointment, remember to:
- Stop using your fireplace, wood stove, or gas stove–it will really help us with safety issues. To work safely, we need an appliance that is completely cool. It would also be great if you could please remove all ash from the firebox. We thank you in advance.
The day of your appointment, remember to:
- Remove fragile or precious items from the area near the fireplace and give us 5 to 6 feet around the fireplace to work. Our equipment requires that amount of space to get in place and work effectively.
If you would like to, please watch us work. Customers learn a great deal about chimney safety from watching us, so we encourage it. When able, we will answer questions as well.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
