Founder - All American Chimney
Doug Hetsch is the founder of All American Chimney Service, LLC. He started the company in 2006, and received his Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA) certification in 2009. His main roles are investigating new technologies for chimney repairs and services, doing forensic chimney investigations, and offering on-going education for himself and all of the technicians at All American. His favorite part about this business is the opportunity to educate the consumer on how to properly use and maintain their chimneys and appliances. He was born and raised in Louisville, and has been active in the aviation industry both professionally and as a hobby since 2004. He enjoys exploring trails and natural parks with company mascot Jake. He is husband to Frances Hetsch, with whom he co-owns the business.

General Manager - All American Chimney
Frances Hetsch is the general manager of All American Chimney Service, LLC and oversees the daily operations of the company. She has filled this position since 2013. She was born and raised in Texas and is the mother to Amanda Collins-Gomez, Megan Marie Collins, and son-in-law Adrian Gomez. She graduated from the Commonwealth College of Science and was a funeral director and embalmer for seventeen years. Prior to working in the chimney business, she was a flight attendant. She loves the great, hardworking staff she gets to work with, and enjoys getting to interact with Louisvillians and helping the community she has come to call home. She is co-owner of All American Chimney Service, LLC and wife to Doug Hetsch.
Lauren Sims is a Louisville local, and attended Atherton High School. She came highly recommended by Marina, and has been an integral part of our office team since October 2017. Her favorite part about working for All American Chimney Service is the hard-working yet peaceful work environment and the people she works with day in and day out. She has enjoyed learning about chimneys. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her nephews and family and being an active part of her church. Fun fact: she’s been singing in choirs and bands for 15 years, and was a part of the Louisville Youth Choir.
Josh Hummel is from central Florida and has two children Layla and Liam with his significant other, Katie. He had a desire to work in the trade industry, as his father and brother did before him. He started in April 2018, and his favorite part about working for All American Chimney Service is working outside and getting to solve problems for customers and build relationships with them. In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer with Layla and baseball with Liam, musicals and theater as well as restoring classic cars.
Marina Comfort is from Switzerland. She graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor’s degree in Violin Performance. Her main role in the company is as an office assistant, but she aids in many different areas in the company including human relations, insurance, and marketing. She has gained much knowledge about chimneys through the special training offered at All American Chimney Service. Her favorite part about working at this company is the idea that she is helping the local community by offering expert services. Thanks to her international background, she can communicate in five different languages: English, French, Japanese, Italian, and German.
Ezequiel Rosas found out about All American Chimney Service, LLC through our Facebook page and has been working for us since 2014. He mainly does production work including crown repairs, installation of caps, chase covers, and inserts. His favorite part about working at All American is the friendly atmosphere in this “mom and pop” business. He is passionate about soccer and plays for the Latino Soccer League in Louisville.
Dewayne Taylor has been working for All American Chimney Service, LLC since 2013. After in-depth, continuous practical training and studying through the company, he received his CSIA certification in February 2014. His favorite part about working for All American Chimney Service, LLC is getting to speak to customers and inform them as a venting specialist. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Sharalee and four children, Dylan, Gabbi, Zeke, and Samuel.
Robert Floyd has been at All American Chimney Service since 2016. His main role is leading a production crew on contracted jobs. He enjoys not only being able to educate customers, but also fix any needs and concerns people have with their fireplaces and chimneys. Outside of work, Robert’s plays semi-pro football for the Kentuckian Bucks. He also is a football coach for the Louisville Broncos and enjoys spending time with his wife, Tamika.
Levi Bogue is from Maskegon, MI, and has grown up in the chimney industry; his father is the owner of Ye Olde Chimney Services in Michigan. He has been with All American Chimney Service, LLC since 2014 and has received his CSIA certification within the first month of joining All American. Other than being a venting specialist, he enjoys talking to customers and informing them how to get optimal function out of their venting appliances. His favorite part about working at All American Chimney Service, LLC is getting to learn the different stories behind each chimney he visits. His wife is Hannah Bogue.
Rigo Rosas started in August of 2016 and was recommended to us by Ezequiel. He enjoys knowing how to do the many different works involved in the chimney industry, and learning from the opportunities All American Chimney Service, LLC offers. In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer and spending time with his wife, Maria.
Mascot - All American Chimney
Jake is the mascot at All American Chimney Service,LLC. He is a one year-old yellow Labrador Retriever and Greyhound mix. He was a rescue dog that found his way home with new owners Doug and Frances Hetsch. He is playful, loving, and enjoys collecting his toys from the four corners of the house and piling them around his bed.
